Even with multiple dental experts under one roof, our dental office wouldn’t be able to function at its absolute best without our wonderful team members. You’ll be greeted at the front desk by a smiling face who will be glad to answer your questions, and our hygienists will make your regular checkups enjoyable. You can learn a bit more about our team on this page, and you’ll have a chance to get to know them better once you call us to schedule an appointment and visit our dental office.
VIOLETTA
DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER
Violetta has been with us for more than 40 years, which encompasses her entire career. She has had many patients become friends, and she’s watched countless children grow into adulthood. She enjoys working with our patients and our team and truly has an affinity for customer service!
Violetta was born and raised in Gdansk, Poland. She moved to Houston in 1983 and married her husband, Waldemar. They have two children named Olivia and Patrick and their grandson Julian. She enjoys traveling, attending the ballet and opera, and attending baseball games with her family.
BRANDI
PATIENT CONCIERGE
Originally from Deer Park, Brandi has been with our team since 2018. She continues to learn new things every day, and one of her favorite parts of this job is seeing new and existing patients leave with a smile.
Brandi recently got married outside of work and has a Dachshund and two Miniature Schnauzers at home. Her favorite hobbies include cooking, singing, and keeping up with football season – it’s her favorite time of the year!
YUVELI (“YUVI”)
PATIENT CONCIERGE
Yuveli has worked in the dental field since 2013 and joined our team in 2016. She completed her education at Lonestar Community College in Kingwood and is still pursuing a nursing degree. Today, she remains passionate about getting to know each of her patients on a personal level. During each appointment, she loves learning more about their hobbies, families, and favorite places to travel.
From Mexico, Yuveli has lived in Houston since 2000 and is fluent in English and Spanish. She is the proud mother of one daughter named Giulianna. In her spare time, she loves being with her big, loud family at their ranch, drinking coffee (especially from Starbucks), or curling up with a good book.
CLARISSA
PATIENT CONCIERGE
Clarissa will be one of the friendly faces that greets you in our dental office, and she says that the best part of her job is helping people regain confidence in their smiles. She attended Wharton County Jr. College and is a Registered Dental Assistant trained at the C. Mark Mann School of Dental Assisting.
Clarissa has a young daughter named Camila, who delightfully takes up all of her time outside of work. She truly enjoys being with her family and friends. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, shopping, and doing makeup in her free time. Clarissa is a first-generation Mexican-American and a fluent Spanish speaker. If she could, she would eat sushi every day!
THAO
HYGIENE COORDINATOR
Thao, our hygiene and marketing coordinator, has been with our office for almost five years. She is originally from the small city of Port Arthur, TX. She attended Lamar State College and earned her associate’s degree in Business Administration. Thao and her husband welcomed their baby boy in December 2023. She enjoys being a mom and making all the little moments special with him. In addition to dentistry, she spends her weekends photographing families and newborn babies.
MARISSA
CLINICAL TEAM LEADER
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Marissa, a graduate of the Lamar Institute of Technology, aims to change people’s negative perceptions of dentistry by creating a calm, judgment-free environment for each patient.
In her free time, Marissa likes to cook, read, journal, and cuddle with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Riley.
JENNIE
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Jennie attended the Lamar Institute of Technology in Beaumont and graduated with a dental hygiene degree in 2014. She is originally from Nederland, TX, and moved to Houston after graduating. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with her patients while educating them about their oral health!
Jennie is from a small, loving family of first-generation Americans! She is part Vietnamese and part European Jewish. She and her husband, Peter, have been together for six years and are the proud parents of a large dog named Luna. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, doing makeup and hair, trying new restaurants, and having fun with DIY projects.
KAREN
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Karen has proven herself a capable dental hygienist during her time with us. Her Dental Hygiene degree from Pima Medical Institute contributes to that fact. At the same time, she’s also worked hard—she started as a dental assistant but has practiced her current role for three years. Thus, she has plenty of experience, including everyday dental work, laser therapy, and Nitrous Oxide monitoring.
A native of our Houston, Karen strives for physical fitness in her downtime. As such, you might find her at the Gym, cycling on her Peloton, or doing yoga. Naturally, this health focus also extends to her diet – she’s a practicing Pescatarian.
KIMBERLEE
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Kimberlee has worked in the dental field for almost 50 years. She feels blessed to be surrounded by such good-hearted and sincere co-workers. She attended the UTHealth School of Dentistry and is certified in laser therapy and nitrous oxide monitoring.
Kimberlee dedicates much of her free time to her five nieces and nephews and seven great-nieces and nephews, so she loves hosting, cooking, and entertaining. To relax, she likes to garden, crochet, craft, and play with her Beagle, Lucy.
MYRNA
CLINICAL TEAM LEADER
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Myrna’s career in dentistry impressively spans 25+ years, with most of that time spent right here in our dental office. She does a fantastic job helping patients feel comfortable and explaining treatments clearly and comprehensively!
Myrna is married with three beautiful children. In her free time, she hangs out with loved ones, watches movies, does crafts with the kids, and cooks/bakes.
SARAH
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Sarah loves her everyday interactions with our patients and her coworkers. She also enjoys the fact that there is always more to learn about dentistry. In addition to her dental assistant training, she has certifications in OSHA and HIPAA.
Sarah comes from a big family and has five brothers! She regularly gets together with her parents, who live in Corsicana, and she enjoys making art, particularly painting and wood burning. She is also a big animal lover and has five pets—two dogs, two cats, and a reptile.
ELIZABETH (“LIZ”)
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Liz received her education from the Houston Dental Society and is certified in IV Sedation chairside assisting and CPR. Her career in oral healthcare was two decades. She loves positively impacting a patient’s life, which has spanned over through her job.
Originally from Houston, Liz is the proud mother of two sons and the adoring grandmother of two grandsons. Her favorite hobbies include dancing, riding bikes, and doing karaoke. She also has a great sense of humor!
ARELYS (“LALIS”)
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Lalis has lived in Houston since 2002 and has been a member of our dental office since 2012. She attended Houston Community College and received her dental education from Pinnacle Career, certified in CPR, radiology, and nitrous oxide. Her favorite part of her job is knowing that the Tamborello team provides a Center. She is the best comfort and care, making patients happy with their results!
Lalis and her husband, Michael, have two pets, Bella and Pepper. Outside of work, she loves to help others. She is currently involved with the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, which allows the Shriners Hospital to stay free for children from 0 to 18. She is also working towards becoming a dentist!
MARIA
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Maria has been working in the dental field for over five years. She studied at the Everest Institute and is certified in CPR. Today, what she loves most about her position is working alongside such great people while helping patients improve their smiles!
A Houston native, Maria has two children, two dogs, and a cat at home. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, dancing to various music, taking long road trips, and swimming.
LILLIAN
REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Originally from Monterrey, Lillian came to the U.S. in 2014 to get her bachelor’s in medical Humanities pre healthcare at UTSA. She was also an officer in their pre-dental society. She has been a member of our dental office since March of 2023. She loves that we are “family” and how we work together as a team. She finds so much value in our dental office because we truly get to know each of our patients beyond the need for treatment. Lillian strives to build relationships with her patients and enjoys the conversations. In her spare time, she works out daily, spends time with family and friends, and dances.
